Studiodvāra creates an ideal living space at Doyen Ascent

Storytelling is crucial in architecture as it influences how a product is viewed. Studiodvāra designed a model apartment for Doyen Construction’s new endeavour in Lingampally to serve as the initial touchpoint for potential clients. At Doyen Ascent, we created the ideal living for a family by using interior design as a storytelling medium.
The project is a 2,800-square-foot flat with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area that opens to a balcony. The space planning process influences our design elements and how we plan for designing the internal walls. Upon entering, one is welcomed by a wonderful textured living room wall, beyond which is the dining area and a pleasant balcony. Soft contemporary furnishings in grounded tones such as blacks, browns, and tans decorate the area, punctuated by a signature pastel pink textured wall.
The pooja room features a customised contemporary folding wooden door. The goal was to have all of the spaces in the house follow a similar design language. Cohesive images are simple on the eyes, making the house appear harmonious and habitable.
While each bedroom has its own colour palette and design features, it is all linked by its simplicity and functionality. The rooms include stylish storage racks and headboards, purposely left uncluttered to highlight the flat’s finishing. The simple and tasteful design allows the occupants to envisage the area based on their needs.
The delight of contemporary lines is magnified when seen against a backdrop of greenery. We had the opportunity to design a pleasant balcony adjacent to the dining room with lovely views of the township’s flora. With green vistas from every room and clean, modern décor, this model flat is our solution to a pleasant, luxurious living.
