Essentia’s design philosophy is creating a clean, clutter-free, highly functional workstation. Maintaining a consistent aesthetic while preserving practical efficiency is critical in a shared corporate setting. This project takes a “less is more” approach, employing a carefully curated collection of materials that flow consistently across all levels, reinforcing a sense of unity and harmony.

The office design was based on transparency in operation and spatial organisation. Essentia values equitable chances and an open work atmosphere, as evidenced by the seamless layout that provides a consistent experience from beginning to end. Instead of a rigid corporate portfolio, the idea was to create a workplace that combines professional efficiency with a warm, inviting environment.

The workplace, which spans 30,000 sq.ft., can accommodate 270 employees and features high ceilings and mezzanine sections that promote openness. It has 14 sitting conference rooms, standing discussion sections, breakout lounges, material libraries, cafés, and boardrooms, ensuring that meetings, training sessions, and client interactions run smoothly. Ergonomics are essential for maintaining an active workspace with deliberately designed desks, comfortable seats, clear walking routes, and non-allergenic, easy-to-clean materials. Temperature management, free movement, and a mix of sitting and standing zones contribute to employee well-being.

Every furniture and decor created within the same structure reflects Essentia’s ideal of minimalism and quality. Using in-house materials, such as stone claddings, veneers, and metal, assures longevity and design consistency. The lighting design incorporates imported magnetic tracks and decorative fixtures, precisely arranged to generate dynamic contrasts and enhance the atmosphere. Lux levels are changed throughout to balance illumination and aesthetics, with soft shadows used for a visually appealing result.

Designed to facilitate future expansion, the workplace efficiently blends varied teams—those that require continual collaboration and others that require isolation. Combining functional efficiency and artistic expression, the space seamlessly transitions from a luxury lobby to an art museum or a cosy café. The result is a bright yet relaxing environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
