The vision of the client was to create a comfortable and inviting space for family and friends while ensuring harmony with neighbouring properties. The cleverly designed layout achieves this beautifully. The ground floor offers a spacious retreat for the client’s adult children and their friends, providing ample room for relaxation and socialising.
In contrast, the upper level features a luxurious master suite and expansive kitchen, dining, and living areas, all designed to offer breathtaking panoramic views of the bay.
Natural materials such as stone, concrete, and timber are prominently featured throughout the house, creating a warm and inviting contrast with the crisp white walls. These materials not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also emphasise the connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. Large glass doors and windows are strategically placed to capture the stunning views, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
