Regency Anantam by GA Design combines eco-friendly architecture, open areas, and complete amenities to encourage healthy, happy living.
Regency Anantam is a residential complex consisting of 21 buildings with 2BHK and 1BHK flats spread across 23 stories. The project is divided into three parts, with the first consisting of seven structures. The arrangement includes a peripheral ring road that restricts vehicular travel to that region while still providing access to parking podiums. This leaves the centre garden areas free of vehicles. The project includes three huge gardens designed to meet various functional demands.
The architecture ensures that there is enough open space between each structure to allow air to circulate throughout the complex while also making the inside areas appear light and pleasant. The structures face outward to the open landscape of Dombivali, with a minimum buffer of 16 metres from the plot boundary. Each of the apartments has a balcony that overlooks the bedrooms and living spaces. Kitchens now include a dry balcony.
Regency Anantam was supposed to be an environmentally friendly project. Sewage treatment systems for solid waste management, rainwater harvesting for recycling water to maintain planted landscapes, and solar panels for cost-effective power consumption solutions. Landscape and greenery are an important aspect of establishing a positive environment for residence.
The facility has been constructed to meet every possible need of the residents. Convenience shopping near the complex’s entry for basic immediate requirements, a huge children’s play area centrally positioned, as well as separate smaller children’s play areas in each garden, and a club spanning the whole width of the centre garden.
‘Club Infinity’, as it is known, is intended to blend into the scenery. The club’s main attraction is its manicured patio, which is spread across three levels and accessible via exterior staircases. The club’s terrace is an unusual activity place, with covered and open seating areas as well as a big walking track. The club includes areas for the residents’ recreational, social, exercise, and sports requirements, including a swimming pool. Interestingly, the cardio section is structured as a circular structure suspended from a single column over the 50-meter-long swimming pool, which also has separate kids and fun pools. Club Infinity is a focal point for residents since it provides a full range of leisure and activity opportunities.
