Exquisite farmhouse by Design Deconstruct
The luxurious farmhouse in Chattarpur, Delhi, by Design Deconstruct, is distinguished by its striking paintings and sculptures, unique wall art, and extravagant lights that reveal art installations.
The double-height drawing room’s ceiling is decorated from end to end with a magnificent 55-foot-long gold chandelier, which unabashedly adds grandeur to the house. This highlights the interiors’ distinctiveness together with the ornate wall panelings, custom furniture built in-house by Design Deconstruct, and specially created art. Beyond the interplay of premium stones, wood, textiles, and leather, the unexpected and eye-catching décor pieces are what stand out.
The three-story home is laid out to accommodate an eight-person family’s demands for comfortable living, play, entertainment, and parties. The home aims to provide every conceivable comfort, function, and elegance to its occupants. It features expansive living and dining areas, thoughtfully planned peaceful bedrooms, chic game and leisure facilities, lovely outdoor spaces, and sections that connect the indoors with its green exteriors.
There are living quarters with a kitchen, informal dining and sitting areas, and an upper level. The family normally spends much of its time in the lounge. Drawing space fills the double-height spatial volume, which is topped by a 55-foot-long chandelier that resembles a gem. A stunningly beautiful and elegant atmosphere is created when the furniture and accessories reflect the chandelier’s glitter. The room also includes two old doors that were converted from the family’s former home. They’ve been paired with fabric to create panelling.
The family’s enjoyment of hosting visitors for drinks and shisha served as inspiration for the lower ground-floor party area. It has a formal dining room, a bar, an entertainment area, and a drawing room, all devoted to entertaining visitors. A melancholy, yet fashionable setting is created by a dark colour scheme and bright furnishings in neon tones. Vibrantly enhancing the sound-absorbing wall panels is a sequence of human figures smoking sheesha, representing the idea of development from apes to humans. The furniture is easily movable, making it suitable for a variety of settings, including night-time parties and Diwali scenes.
We created the bar’s bottom design and used selenite crystals to add a lighting aspect to the calm environment. The charming and cheeky two-year-old daughter of the family has a play area and an outdoor swimming pool at her home. The area has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate additional children in the future. The kid’s room is a lively space with aesthetically pleasing and exciting furnishings.
Our in-house manufacturing plant allowed us to custom-make the majority of the furniture for the project, which allowed us to incorporate the appropriate amount of grandeur and elegance for the luxury residence and its occupants.
