The ambition, realised through Sona Reddy Studio’s nuanced approach, brings the narrative of a place to life through materials, forms, and craftsmanship. The resulting 8,500-square-foot restaurant, which feels both timeless and refreshingly new, engages all the senses while offering diners a profound connection to the land.
Terrai is deeply inspired by Telangana’s terrain—the land, its people, and their stories. The restaurant reflects the region’s essence through a blend of traditional motifs and modern design. Every choice, from ikat-inspired patterns underfoot to terracotta hues warming the interiors, syncs with the state’s cultural identity.
